That’s what we’re thinking.

 

Each itinerary will consist of Active Days—opportunities to venture out into nature on hikes that will challenge you physically and get you back in touch with the parts of your body you don’t use every day.

Each hike will be between 5-6 hours duration and total approximately 5 miles-7 miles with elevations ranging from 1000-3000 feet. They will be challenging but so worth it. And the best part is that we allow time for resting, eating, and Instagram-worthy picture taking.

Led by health & wellness professionals, we ensure the right amount of exertion and physicality while always considering your personal comfort and safety.


Not only will you push your body to its limits, you’ll also have the time to heal and regenerate. During Active Recovery time, we’ll:

  1. Work on both your physical and mental health through the practice of yoga

  2. Help you reconnect with calming guided meditation

  3. Aid in muscle health and recovery with deep stretching

  4. Allow time for active recovery with light walking, swimming, and cycling

Proper vacationing, allows for an absolute switch off. It is scientifically proven to help improve your immune and mental function, which will lead to an overall more productive you.


Whether it’s sampling the local fare or perusing an artisanal market, each location has its special charm. The memories you’ll create will be the best souvenirs you can bring home—while also knowing that you’re leaving good behind at each unique country you visit.

We want you to experience local culture and discover new places in an authentic way. You may be hiking the side of a mountain one day or helping with beach cleanup before a yoga session the next—but no matter what you’re doing, you will be fully immersed in the culture of each and every destination we visit.



Yes, we want to take you to breathtaking destinations.

And, yes, we want you to enjoy it to the last drop.

But in order for our Fit Trips to truly be about connection, we can’t forget that our need to wander has a direct impact on the well-being of each place we visit.

We’d like to make sure that we tread responsibly.

At each destination, we hope to:

  2. Be respectful of the unique culture and heritage of each and every landmark we visit

  3. Always leave something good behind

And, to show our commitment to traveling responsibly, part of our yearly proceeds will go to a charity supporting sustainable & ethical travel.

We also hope to ensure wellness in its entirety which is why we’ll always keep you informed and connected to a health & wellness professional to assist with any specific goals you may have, as well as, always try and promote healthy habits on each adventure.
